Physical movement became an essential part of my daily life when I began my fitness/ spiritual journey in 2015. During a very low point in my life, I discovered that physical exercise was way more than just a few squats and crunches but that it actually brought mental clarity, emotional release and discipline. While using fitness holistically, it became a catalyst for my self discovery journey (that I didn’t even know I needed) which led me to become a certified personal trainer so that I could support others on their journeys. Throughout my journey, I was introduced to, studied and researched meditation reiki as well as sound healing. These became monumental parts of my life and journey. I believe that as humans, we consciously and unconsciously hold emotions in different parts of our bodies. When we exercise the physical body without acknowledgement of our emotional body, we are not embracing our full selves, which could lead to blockages that delay our desired physical results. My intention is to use these tools to support my clients holistically- mind, body and spirit, to truly focus on the wholeness of each individual so that they can not only manifest but LIVE the life they most desire and deserve.
